00:00I would like to refer to the federation's institutions,

00:06especially the 1st and 2nd groups,

00:12which are the states of the federation,

00:17in English, with your permission,

00:20Shaobi Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Pelis, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, and Rengganu.

00:36I mention this because recently,

00:41the Prime Minister of Kedah,

00:44in the Kedah Legislative Council,

00:47reiterated the statement that has the element of blasphemy

00:55and disrespect for the sovereignty of Penang Island,

00:59by stating and reiterating that Penang Island belongs to Kedah.

01:07I would like to emphasize with all my heart

01:10on behalf of the government and the people of Penang Island,

01:14that Penang Island is a sovereign state

01:18under the federation's institution.

01:24So we hope that the Prime Minister of our neighbouring country

01:29will respect us

01:32and do not repeat the words of blasphemy.

01:38If you want to make an official request,

01:42I have said many times,

01:45please bring it to court

01:48and do not waste time

01:51repeating the words of blasphemy outside the court.

01:57I hope that all the members of the government

02:01will join me on this issue,

02:04including the members of the opposition.

02:15Do you want to give your rights to Penang Island,

02:19our country, or to our party leaders?
