00:06Yeah, I just want to do Christmas movies all the time

00:08it was a blast I loved it. But yeah, it is why I wanted to do

00:12this movie I really I really wanted to sort of I mean I

00:15watch them all every year and I love them, I love knowing

00:19what's going to happen. I love that they all have the same

00:22thing I get it and I love it. I just wanted to do one that

00:26felt like it held space for pain. And for Christmas,

00:32maybe not being as magical the time, but also still finding

00:36magic in that and so I hope people enjoy it.

00:41Definitely I know you're a former party 5 co-star Lacey

00:43Schreier is a Queen of Christmas as well as the 2 of

00:47you spoken maybe we could have that party 5 reunion on the

00:50Christmas screen. We are looking to do something

00:53together maybe play sisters. So yeah, so hopefully stand by

00:58for that. And she was very sweet when the when the trailer

01:02dropped for the movie yesterday. She sent me a

01:04message is like oh my God why am I crying during the space

01:07that I was like I know, and I said I just watched hot frosty

01:10so we'll you know we're sending each other like lots of

01:13Christmas girl love.

01:15I love that oh my God you're going to make minds explode

01:18hearing that you guys may reunite for you know send us

01:23all the ideas we're looking and I'm so excited to see holiday

01:26junkie like you said, I know it honors your mom and the

01:28holidays obviously such a wonderful time but such a hard

01:31time for so many people as well dealing with you know with

01:34grief and around Christmas. How are you hoping that this

01:38this movie helps those that are experiencing that.

01:41I just hope they feel seen and I think you know again the

01:44holidays are the most magical amazing time. We also put a lot

01:48of pressure on ourselves and I feel like people who maybe

01:52aren't having the most joyful experience feel like they've

01:56failed Christmas somehow and that's just not the case.

02:00Magic is there for anyone at any time to grab and hold on

02:04to and sometimes magical things hurt because we were lucky

02:09enough to know and then to lose magical people. So I really

02:13wanted to do a movie that represented that for everyone,

02:16I also love that Brian's character in the movie that his

02:19grief comes from losing a possible marriage that he was

02:23looking forward to he's a guy who wanted to be married who

02:26wanted to have a lot of Christmas. And it shows the

02:29grief is really a lot of different things. So I hope

02:33that everybody feels seen and has their their moment with our

02:37movie.

02:39I love that so much I think it's so important because I

02:40feel like there has been such a void in this because like you

02:43said it's always celebrating the happy and joyful Christmas

02:45still is but there's a lot of people that are experiencing

02:48that her as well around that time.
