00:00you know I felt like I contributed some pretty big moments and in the end it

00:05felt like the kind of whole world was kind of crumbling down on me after the

00:08after the year especially after the three days following the final and you

00:13know it wasn't a nice feeling there was a few things that happened during the

00:18tournament I think one of the big criticism me was that I didn't speak to

00:22the media I didn't want to do any press conferences and I think it was that was

00:27reported in a way that made it sound like I think I'm above it it's not that

00:30at all I had some personal things going on where journalists had gone to go and

00:34see members of my family and in whilst I was at the tournament and went to visit

00:40my grandparents you know and it's something I've kept to myself and you

00:44know I don't think that's fair I think that crosses the line of respect you

00:47know I think that's where for me I took it a little bit personally and decided

00:51that I'll just focus on the football and try and let that do the talking instead

00:54of talking the press the people that seemingly don't respect me you know that

00:59was a big thing for me you know I think my family comes first my nan didn't want

01:03to leave leave her house for the whole summer bless her so I think maybe I

01:08should have communicated that before so people understood my situation but that

01:12was a little bit more personal to me and that's why I decided not to just to keep

01:15me mouth shut
