01:09We call upon Pakistan to take credible and verifiable action

01:14against the perpetrators of the Mumbai terror attacks, whose victims

01:17await justice even after 15 years.

01:21Jammu and Kashmir is not part of India.

01:35We reiterate that the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir

01:38and Ladakh are an integral part of India.

01:42Matters pertaining to the UTs of J&K and Ladakh are purely internal to India.

01:47India has sought to suppress Kashmiri's demand for their right

01:51to self-determination and freedom by imposing a cruel occupation.

01:55It is India which must be held accountable for its war crimes

02:00and human rights violation in the occupied territory.

02:03As a country with one of the world's worst human rights records,

02:07particularly when it comes to minority and women's rights,

02:10Pakistan would do well to put its own house in order

02:14before venturing to point a finger at the world's largest democracy.

02:17The BJP RSS government, which has ruled India since 2014,

02:23is guilty of imposing a reign of terror

02:27not only against the people of Jammu and Kashmir,

02:30but also against its own 200 million Muslims,

02:33two million Christians and millions of Dalits and other low-caste Hindus.

02:39The condition of women belonging to minority communities in Pakistan,

02:43notably Hindus, Sikhs and Christians, remains deplorable.

02:47According to a recent report published by Pakistan's own Human Rights Commission,

02:52an estimated 1,000 women from minority communities

02:55are subjected to abduction and forced conversion and marriage in Pakistan every year.

03:00The oppressed Kashmiris have not capitulated.

03:04They have not given up their demand for freedom from Indian occupation.

03:09At all political celebrations, they fly a flag of Pakistan, not India.

03:15They cheer the Pakistani cricket team and they shout,

03:18Pakistan Zindabad, Long Live Pakistan.

03:22India may forcibly occupy the land of Kashmir,

03:25but it has lost its people forever.

03:28Pakistan has become a habitual offender when it comes to misusing this August forum

03:34to peddle baseless and malicious propaganda against India.

03:38First, stop cross-border terrorism and shut down its infrastructure

03:43of terrorism immediately.

03:45Second, vacate Indian territories under its illegal and forcible occupation.

03:50And third, stop the grave and persistent human rights violations

03:54against the minorities in Pakistan.
