00:51I think this is one of the biggest misunderstandings

00:56or by lack of full knowledge and understanding.

01:07who is 22 or 23 years old,

01:11has done four years of service

01:12and now he's in the market.

01:14Compare him with any other 21, 22 years old man

01:18who has not become a plumber.

01:21This man, this person has got,

01:23he has become disciplined,

01:25he has got the capability to work in a team,

01:28he has learned the skills,

01:30he has developed the confidence

01:32and he is trainable.

01:34His mind and his vision,

01:36he has got an all-India perspective.

01:38So, he is much more equipped to face the society.

01:41On top of it,

01:42he has been given a qualification

01:45that will be a plus two.

01:46That makes him comparable

01:48with any other person in his age group

01:52to which the others are joining.

01:55So, there is no avenue that has been debarred

01:58or closed for him.

02:28we talk about one life, two careers.

02:30Now, people talk about one life, three careers.

03:46manufacturing is growing in the country.

03:48People don't need such people.

03:54and who have age.

03:56Their biggest asset is their age.

04:04there could be a rollback to the Agnipat scheme?
