00:00What a crazy day, though, for another double-digit favorite.

00:07At home yesterday, the Commanders looked at a bounce-back in snap.

00:11What was going to be, in this matchup DRS, a two-game losing skit.

00:16And they got the Cowboys, who had looked lifeless really all year,

00:20but certainly with Cooper Rush as the starting quarterback.

00:23Should have been easy in Landover. It was anything but.

00:27And then it got crazy. 41 points of the 60 in total scored in the fourth and final quarter.

00:3431 of the 41 in the final three minutes of regulation.

00:39That included a Kevontae Turpin 99-yard kick-return touchdown for Dallas.

00:47And with about 21 seconds left, an 86-yard touchdown strike from Jaden Daniels to Terry McLaurin

00:56that I still have no idea what the Cowboys were doing.

01:01It made the game 27-26. The Commanders end in that spot.

01:06Austin Seibert should have hit just an easy extra point to send it to an extra session.

01:12He missed wide left. Then, just for good measure, Dallas returns an onside kick,

01:18which they should have to win 34-26.

01:22The Commanders have lost three in a row. The Cowboys snap their five-game skid.

01:27It may be the most wild three minutes of regulation we have seen throughout this NFL season.

01:33Yeah, shout out Wanye Thomas yesterday for that return because it's not the right play.

01:39But put yourself into the play. It's not as if it's Saquon Barkley or even like Travion Henderson for Ohio State, right?

01:45You run into the open field and maybe just take that dip down.

01:48Dude, I've been in the end zone 50 times in my career. It's no big deal.

01:51I'm going to watch this game. I'm going to look real smart. Coach is going to love me.

01:54Did you notice when he went to the sideline, everybody was sort of staying away from him?

01:58Nobody really wanted to dabble up all that much.

02:00It's like, brother, we know you want to score an NFL touchdown. We get it.

02:03But come on, man. You're talking about a team in Washington as a penchant for,

02:06oh, you're going to give us a couple seconds? Watch what we can do with it.

02:09It sort of made me laugh a little bit. But the bigger laugh was the Washington Commanders

02:12just losing this game to a dead-in-the-water Dallas Cowboys.

02:15And now a team that I thought was destined for the playoffs.

02:19No question about it, Ben. I'm starting to worry. Hear me out on this.

02:22Yes, they're still a talented football team.

02:24Brian Robertson Jr. left that game with an injury yesterday.

02:28You also saw, if you did take a knee on that final recovery onside kick,

02:33you wouldn't have another running back.

02:35An Austin Eckler would go down and look like a bad concussion yesterday.

02:38And now you're starting to line up saying three straight losses.

02:41Does it turn into four? Does it turn into five?

02:43Because it's no simple thing making it to the playoffs.

02:45Did you see the NFC North and what they're bringing to the table

02:48with three of those teams there, which two of them were likely to get into the playoffs

02:51through the wildcard? Tough scene for the Commanders.

02:53It's been an awesome season, and it looks like it might be slipping away.
