05:48What I'm hearing is that she eats nothing for breakfast, just black coffee until noon,

05:54then has bone broth for lunch, which clocks in at a measly 40 calories per cup,

05:59and then has some vegetables for dinner to support her detox.

06:04This woman is going to die on the detox hill because she basically created this hysteria

06:09and is profiting off it every day.

06:11I have long COVID and the way it manifests for me is very high levels of inflammation over time.

06:17So I've been working with Dr. Cole the way I eat far more than bone broth and vegetables.

06:23I eat full meals and I also have a lot of days of, you know, eating whatever I want.

06:41I was skiing and two skis came between my skis,

06:45forcing my legs apart, and then there was a body pressing against me,

06:50and there was a very strange grunting noise.

06:53So my brain was trying to make sense of what was happening.

06:57I thought, am I, is this a practical joke?

07:05Absolutely not.

07:08I swear to my God and my family and my other father in heaven, it's like, no, no, I did not.
