00:15I wouldn't have been able to do this

00:40without employing a woman's right to choose.

00:44To choose when to have my children and with whom.

01:14I honestly don't remember my first kiss.

01:45It was really hard when I started out,

01:47and just like sort of the bottom of absolutely every barrel.

01:52And like my first agent was also a part-time undertaker.

02:14My little friend is from New York,

02:40and when she's in town, I take her to John and Vinny's

02:43here in Los Angeles, it's our favorite pizza place.

02:46And then she orders, and I eat it.

03:00I think it's kind of a mysterious response system

03:04I've realized.

03:07either it ignites, excites, or ignites, ignites, excites.

03:16Something in me, and then I can't stop thinking about it,

03:18and it just sort of creeps up on me,

03:20and that's really how I make my decisions.

03:22So I try not to analyze it too much,

03:24because I find that that takes away some of the mystery that's

03:28inherent and good.

03:37It's the greatest gift, I think, is finding each other.

03:55And now we have a family, and a beautiful life,

03:59and synchronicity on a grand scale.

04:01Do things get any better than this?

04:03We ask ourselves that each day.

04:09One thing that I've found very hard about it

04:11is that I don't know what to do with my life.

04:37One thing that I've found very hard about acting

04:39is all the transience,

04:41and sometimes I feel like I just live my life

05:41I love what I do

05:43and I love being inside of it,

05:45and the experience of watching it

05:50and my relationship with that is not as healthy.

06:05I mean they're all hard, they all have their specific challenges, but at the same time

06:15it's also like this is the work I always wanted to make since I was a kid so I just feel like

06:19I'm a lucky girl.

06:44Imagine a workplace where women don't have to spend extra or any energy fighting for

06:51fair pay or defending their rights, but can instead focus that energy on the fullest expression

06:57of the task at hand and enjoy both the pride that brings and the product of that pride,

07:04which is fair and equal compensation for every woman.

07:08Now nobody's silent about anything any longer and so if you pay me unfairly people are going

07:16to find out about it and you're going to look like a real jerk.
