00:00What would happen to Pete if he, you know, or me, if we never found comedy?

00:04And I think tattooing minors in the woods is probably where I would be at.

00:26What's up guys?

00:28It's Pete Davidson.

00:29We are in my apartment slash basement in my mom's house in Staten Island.

00:35I moved here like a year ago and built this weird little basement to stay away from people.

00:42I am six years old.

01:04I have his badge number and I have a fire helmet with the 343

01:10which is the amount of firefighters that passed away from 9-11.

01:17And those are two tattoos that I hold close to my heart and also were very healing for me to get.

01:24I was really fortunate enough when I was growing up that Kid Cudi was

01:39my, you know, hero and he was always very open and honest

01:42about his feelings and it, you know, made me feel like I wasn't alone.

01:54Comedy saved my life.

02:15I was recently diagnosed with borderline personality disorder,

02:20a form of depression.

02:22And depression affects more than like 16 million people in this country

02:26and there's no like cure per se.

02:33I can't believe it and yeah, I get it.

02:35She's the number one pop star in the world and I'm that guy from SNL that

02:39everyone thinks is in desperate need of more blood.

02:41Like if we break up and we won't, we will, but we won't.

03:12I was excited to work through these feelings because it was very healing for me.

03:18It was something that's been weighted on my chest for a really long time.

03:24You know, it happened when I was seven years old.

03:26So, you know, going it's nearly almost 20 years now, I just really wanted to find

03:33the perfect way to, you know, explain my story and, you know, show a family that's gone through

03:39tragedy.

04:03So before he goes to laser each tattoo, you have to

04:07hear him announce what the tattoo is to make sure if you want to keep it or not.
