World record: Largest feet on a living woman

00:00I wear a size 16, 17 in men and a size 18 in women.

00:05Until this year, actually, I've never owned a pair of women's shoes.

00:10All my shoes were men's shoes.

00:12Tanya Herbert recently won a Guinness World Record for having the largest feet of any living woman.

00:18She said that since the announcement, she's received a lot of support from other women who struggle to find shoes in their sizes.

00:24Close to 50 women have reached out to me saying, thank you for sharing your story.

00:29Like, I wear a size 14 in women and it's so difficult for me to find shoes.

00:33And so they asked me where I find my shoes at.

00:36It's been very motivational to me to hear all these women reaching out to me saying, yes, we need your help.

00:42We need to get these shoe manufacturing companies to listen and hear us that we're out here.

00:48We have big feet. We want cute shoes.
