01:36the largest integrated solar and battery storage facility in the world.

01:40The President also gave the importance of the project, especially in the development of clean energy solutions in the country.

01:47By the time it becomes operational, the project will be able to supply electricity to millions of households

01:53and it will be able to reduce carbon emissions by 4.3 million metric tons per year.

01:58He also prioritized the distribution of certificates of land ownership awards and certificates of condolence

02:04with the release of more than 2,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries in Pampanga.

02:102,939 cochromes were distributed for the payment of beneficiaries worth more than Php 206 million.

02:20On Friday, the Chief Executive headed to Nueva Vizcaya to ask for help for those affected by the typhoon.

02:26Php 50 million worth of cash assistance was distributed by the Office of the President

02:31and Php 2.5 million from the DSWD for the beneficiaries of the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation or AICS program.

02:40A new batch of chloa and cochrome was also distributed by the President to the province of Isabela.

02:46A total of 456 chloa was distributed to 346 ARVs in the province,

02:53while 25,773 cochromes were distributed to 21,496 ARVs in Isabela

03:01which is less than their debt of more than Php 1.5 billion.

03:07In Ilagan City, the President also asked for financial assistance of Php 10,000 to 1,500 farmers and fishermen.

03:16The President also distributed Php 10 million cash assistance to Tuguegarao City and other municipalities in Cagayan

03:23and Php 50 million to the provinces of Quirino and Isabela.

03:27The Executive Board of Pangasinan also asked for financial assistance of Php 5,000 farmers and fishermen who were affected by the typhoon.

03:35They received Php 90,000.
