00:00More than 2,000 beneficiaries from Pampanga have received the Certificates of Land Ownership Award in CLOA

00:08and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage.

00:15More than 2,487 agrarian reform beneficiaries from Pampanga have received the Certificates of Land Ownership Award in CLOA

00:24and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage or COCROM

00:28led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:31of which 2,939 COCROMs have been distributed

00:35to pay off the debt of the beneficiaries who will reap the benefits.

00:38In total, more than 3,903 hectares of land

00:42have been distributed with the Certificates

00:45equivalent to more than 206 million pesos worth of amortization that has been condoned.

00:5130 land titles have been distributed to those who will reap the benefits.

00:55This includes amortization, interest and other surcharges

01:00that have been imposed on your land for a very long time.

01:06From now on,

01:08we are removing your debt on the land that has been given to you

01:15under the agrarian reform.

01:18The President also added that this is a step to reduce the problem of farmers

01:23which is one of the most affected by the recent typhoons

01:26and their recognition of their commitment to food security in the country.

01:29This is another one of our goals.

01:33This is a step to strengthen the agricultural sector

01:38and help increase the standard of living of our farmers.

01:44He also assured that the government will continue to work

01:50through cooperation with the private sector.

01:57is to strengthen seed production

02:19and our farmers will use the best seedlings

02:26This is a big thing for the beneficiaries.

02:29We are happy that the land has become ours

02:32without any payment.

02:33We just need to understand how to harvest the land

02:40so that we can benefit from the land directly.

02:46that will help and increase the standard of living

02:50of our small farmers

02:53through his programs.
