00:00Programs and services worth up to Php 850 million were delivered by the government to the so-called Tabang Bicol-Tindog-Oragon Relief Caravan.

00:12The residents in the vicinity of Bicol Region, Kamakailan, are the main beneficiaries of this relief.

00:26The launch of the extensive relief caravan here in Bicol Region was a success.

00:32The beneficiaries are very thankful.

00:37Because of the successive calamities that hit the Albay,

00:41the house and farm of Emeline's family were completely destroyed and almost none of them were left.

00:48She is very thankful for the launch of the camera,

00:52DSWD and other agencies of Tabang Bicol-Tindog-Oragon Relief Caravan for those like her who were hit by the typhoon.

01:01My God, ma'am, we lost our livelihood.

01:05Our house was completely destroyed.

01:11Our livelihood, our farms were completely destroyed.

01:16This is a big help to us.

01:19Like food, we were able to fix our house.

01:26House Speaker Martin Romualdez initiated this initiative in Bicol Region

01:31together with several congressmen and local officials.

01:35Next, Katanduanes, Albay and Naga City visited Camarines Sur

01:41to distribute financial assistance, rice and other aid.

01:45In total, the government distributed P850 million worth of assistance, programs and services

01:52to the 170,000 beneficiaries in the region.

01:57We are very happy because our program, Tabang Bicol-Tindog-Oragon, is very successful.

02:04I am thankful to all the local officials who are helping here in planning and coordinating

02:10and of course to all the agencies who are helping here.

02:13From the local officials to the residents of Bicol Region,

02:17they are very happy with this amazing caravan.

02:20We are very thankful. We are very thankful that someone came to help us.

02:26No matter what, someone will help us.

02:30Well, first of all, Romualdez is very helpful.
