00:40A receipt was signed by a Kokoy Villamin.

00:43She is also the one who signed a receipt of the Department of Education, but the signature is different in two ARs.

01:24The judges also examined how the former DepEd Special Disbursing Officer, Edward Fajarda,

01:33was able to disburse money to many places in the country in just one day on February 21, 2023.

01:38According to Congressman Royce Gutierrez, on February 21, 2023,

01:43one day after Fajarda was able to encash P37.5 million,

01:48the acknowledgment receipts showed that Fajarda was able to disburse to seven different places in the country.

01:54From Malolos, Davao, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, Makati City, Negros Oriental, Negros Occidental, and Davao City.

02:15According to Congressman Royce Gutierrez, on March 15, Fajarda's disbursements reached 26

02:22to different places in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

04:22She said that Vice President Sara Duterte knows about this.

04:26That letter does not in any way seek to undermine the power of Congress.

04:32It is simply a request to the Commission of Audit, given that there is still an ongoing audit investigation.

04:41That's why we requested that since the audit is not yet completed,

04:47it is not right to give such documents first.

04:53But Attorney Lopez, that is not a call for you to make, right?

05:00Precisely because you are the agency that is being investigated.

05:04You're asking another agency not to cooperate with Congress when an ongoing investigation is happening.
