When life gets overwhelming, what do you like to do to de-stress?

Hanging out with friends, you know, going down to the pub or something,

you know, just something to take your mind off something that's stressing you out really.

I like to sing, so I do a bit of singing.

Spend time by myself, just like chilling.

A bit of pampering, face masks.

I tend to listen to quite a lot of music.

I find that really helps because you can just distract from everything.

Have a glass of wine, a bit of exercise always helps as well.

What piece of advice would you give to someone dealing with stress?

Focus on the things that are stressing you out

and allow them to be separated and compartmentalised away from your whole life.

I can't top that answer, to be honest.

I think to always remember that problems can be solved

and if it's out of our control and we can't solve it,

then there's nothing we can do and just take a step back,

take a deep breath and try and look at it from a new perspective.

List of everything you need to do and then tick them off one by one.

As soon as it's more manageable,

then it definitely always feels better to be able to tick something off.

In the future, it's not going to matter.

In the long term, it's not going to affect your life forever

and you've just got to sort of think past that

and get on with life in itself and just be in the moment.
