01:21According to the agency, the case of Sian's family is included in their Birth Registration Assistance Project or BRAP,
01:30especially with the 3.7 million Filipinos who do not yet have a birth certificate in the country based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing.
01:41The process will go through a thorough investigation before the other requirements that are included in the Circular Memorandum 2024-17 and 17-A are waived.
