00:11So the first thing that you need is acknowledgement that you are still not there in terms of loving

00:20Otherwise, a deadline wouldn't have been needed in the first place or even if the deadline

00:25would have been there, it would have been irrelevant.

00:29In spite of its presence, it would have had irrelevance.

00:31We are made to work in deadlines precisely because without deadlines, we wouldn't work.

00:38We would simply procrastinate, as you said.

00:40So you have to accept the deadlines and you have to accept it knowing that the deadline

00:46is useful to you.
