00:04one of those who were given the title of Land

00:07by the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.

00:10Here is his story.

00:15For more than 30 years,

00:17for Ms. Noning,

00:19their farm has been a part of her life.

00:22Because since 1986,

00:25this is where she started her search for life in farming.

00:29And this became an instrument for her

00:32to finish their four children.

00:35She is a woman from the town of Lux Gutalac

00:39in the province of Zamboanga del Norte.

00:44We are here to support the Agrarian Reform Program

00:48to help our seedlings.

00:50We are here to support them

00:52because if they don't have a place to live,

00:56they will not have a place to live.

01:00We don't have a place to live.

01:02We don't have a place to live.

01:05Now, I am 70 years old.

01:07I have been farming for 38 years.

01:10More than 8,000 titles

01:12and more than 12,000 hectares

01:14were given to our farmers in the Zamboanga region

01:18by President Marquez Jr.

01:22More than 4,000 beneficiaries

01:24received their titles on this day.

01:28This is equivalent to more than 7,000 hectares.

01:32And now, I would like to thank Secretary Sadang

01:36and our beloved President

01:38for their support for the well-being of our women.
