00:27If the proposed House Bill is passed, it will require coordination from the National and Regional Logistics Cluster
00:37led by the Office of the Civil Defense, Department of Transportation, Philippine Postal Corporation,
00:44freight companies and other carriers or forwarders in the country.
00:49Meanwhile, the proposed bill will also remove shipping auxiliary costs such as arrest services, pilotage and other court charges, including airport-related fees.
