04:25But then why must it be Prakriti?

04:30If you want to be Prakriti, then I say go back and live in the jungle.

04:35You have come out of the jungle.

04:37Is marriage Prakriti?

04:39Are there marriages in the jungle?

04:41So marriage is the first thing that is unnatural.

04:46Is language Prakriti?

04:47Are there languages in the jungle?

04:50Are there clothes in the jungle?

04:52Are there countries in the jungle?

04:54Are there constitutions in the jungle?

04:55Are there vehicles in the jungle?

04:58But then to all these things you do not say, oh these are unnatural.

05:02To all these things you are happily amenable.

05:07But the moment it is discovered that vitamin B12 cannot be found except in an animal source,

05:18you rejoice and say, you see, now veganism is ticked off because it is proven that veganism

05:34And just as you choose so many things that are unnatural, choose veganism as well.

05:59Do not choose it because of Prakriti.

06:03Choose it because of Karuna.

06:06And these are two very, very different arguments.

06:09There are the naturalists who say that you should choose what is there in Prakriti.

06:14I strongly deny that.

06:17I am not a naturalist.

06:18I do not say that you should live as Prakriti lives.

06:22In Prakriti, all creatures or rather most creatures except the nocturnal ones sleep

06:29at night.

06:31I conduct my sessions after midnight.

06:34Am I Prakritic?

06:36Am I?

06:40So I am not at all a supporter of Prakriti.

06:43In fact, all spirituality is about transcending Prakriti.

06:47So I am not a naturalist.

06:49I stand for transcendence of physical nature which you call as Prakriti.

06:56But in transcending Prakriti, I do not want to stop at buddhi or intellect.

07:02In transcending Prakriti, I want to reach the Atma or truth where compassion resides.

07:10Get the difference please.

07:13Usually people think that spirituality and naturalism go together.

07:19They think you know if you are a spiritual man, then you would love fruits and all kinds

07:26of animal products.

07:30And these two often are seen together.

07:33The moment a person picks up some spiritual text, he also starts eating more raw food.

07:45It is often a combination.

07:52It is seen that spiritual people go to the jungles.

07:59So somehow a correlation has been established in the mind that spirituality and Prakriti

08:05go together.

08:06No, wrong.

08:09Spirituality is transcendence of Prakriti.

08:12And when you transcend Prakriti, then you can really love Prakriti.

08:17It is a thing that you have to appreciate.

08:20Those who do not transcend Prakriti remain attached with Prakriti.

08:25And if you remain attached with Prakriti, you will consume Prakriti.

08:28For example, if you remain attached to your own body, then you will kill somebody's body

08:34to feed your own body.

08:36If you are attached to Prakriti, you will rape Prakriti.

08:41But the saint goes beyond Prakriti, from there he can just lovingly witness and watch Prakriti.

08:49Then he doesn't interfere with Prakriti or consume it or rape it.

08:55Are you getting it?

08:59In fact, a lot of damage to Prakriti is being brought about by Prakriti lovers as well.

09:06So they would say, you know, we require a particular type of fruit.

09:14Now for that type of fruit to be grown, all other species of trees are being cut off.
