The "Saturday Night Live" guest who made Chloe Fineman cry on set years ago has finally been unmasked — and it's none other than Elon Musk.

00:22Now, we knew that a couple months ago.

00:23Bowen Yang did an interview, I think it was on Watch What Happens Live,

00:27and he said this, that it had happened when Elon was hosting the show a couple years ago,

00:33but he didn't want to reveal the name of the cast member.

00:36Well, the cast member has now come forward.

00:38Chloe Fineman says it was her.

00:42She was the one who cried.

00:44Why did she cry?

00:45Well, she explained that all in a post on TikTok,

00:49which, interestingly, she has now deleted.

00:51But, of course, it was captured.

00:53Here's what she described, how she described this interaction with Elon.

01:35Cut to the sketch made it on, and it was, like, fine, and I actually had a really good time,

01:40and I thought you were really funny in it, but, you know, have a little manners here.

01:48Now, Elon responded to this after she posted that, outing herself as the crying cast mate,

01:55and he said, frankly, it was only on the Thursday before the Saturday that any of the sketches generated laughs.

02:02I was like, damn, my SNL appearance is going to be so blanking and funny that it will make a crackhead sober.

02:08I don't know how, that's not funny either, Elon.

02:11But then it worked out in the end, he says.

02:13Now, okay, so everybody agrees that at the end it was kind of funny, or funny,

02:18but if you're a comedy writer, and she's very talented, but if you're a comedy writer,

02:24you've got to be, I mean, you do stand-up, and sometimes it just is a dud,

02:31and that doesn't mean that it wasn't funny, it just means the audience didn't respond to it.

02:37And if we're talking about her being thin-skinned, remember the whole reason this all came up

02:40is because SNL did a very, very mild impression of him last weekend, and he lost his mind about it.

02:45Which is crazy, too.

02:46It's thin skin battles thin skin here.

02:49But remember, she didn't call him out when it happened.

02:52But she's like, now, if you're going to come after us, then I'm going to come back and say you were horrible.

03:13And when you roll in as the host, and you're like, no, this doesn't work for me,

03:16then you're kind of souring the mood of the whole week.

03:18That's what makes that show work.

03:19You were really rude to me in the morning meeting today, and I didn't cry.
