00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was surprised when he saw a loophole in Executive Order No. 74

00:08that orders the immediate cessation of the Pogo operation in the country.

00:13This is followed by the removal of some of the so-called EO,

00:19where the Pogo operation did not include private establishments.

00:24The President clarified that the order to cancel the Pogo operation is clear

00:29and that it cannot operate under this kind of license.

00:34If the Executive Order is given,

00:36the EO is enough to ban the Pogo operation in the country

00:40and there is no need for a new law for this purpose.

00:45There's just no way because it's the nature of the operation that we're banning.

00:50It's not because it's under Pagkur or not.

00:53As long as it's under Pogo, as long as that's their license, it's banned.
