00:00There was a brand new team two years ago.
00:10That team grows together as one unit and the left hand start to know much better what the
00:15right hand is doing.
00:20Aside from the wins and the successes that we have is just being able to put together
00:24a group of people, men and women with common goals and be able to succeed together because
00:27I think that's the understated part of motorsports.
00:33You know one cool thing we did at the beginning of the program is we had IMSA team members
00:36and WCT team members.
00:38They were the core foundation.
00:39They worked together and that's still our backbone of our strengths today is being able
00:46to call somebody on the other side, you know who they are, you've been in the trenches
00:50with them.
00:51A lot of times the drivers and the cars are the focus but the amount of people in the
00:55background and the amount of conversations and working interactions that they have to
00:57have is what makes the team and what makes the team successful.
