Dragon dancers from all over Taiwan have gathered in Taipei for a large parade, celebrating a traditional art form that dates back thousands of years.

00:20Dancers have to work as a team to make a long dragon body look like it's jumping and playing.

00:25The dragon traditionally chases a pearl.

00:30Today, there are dragons of all different colors, styles, and sizes.

00:34The National Center for Traditional Arts has been organizing events like this one for the past four years,

00:39all with different themes based on the year's zodiac sign.

00:42Dragon dancers are here today because it's the year of the dragon.
