Bears coach Matt Eberflus on the health of his offensive line and Kyler Gordon's return at slot cornerback as they head into a game with New England.

00:00Brisker, Braxton also, and then Darnell Wright, the two tackles are out this week.

00:13Again, just didn't have enough time to get back to where we needed him to be.

00:17And then 71, Bates, Bates will be activated.

00:21He's going to be activated, so it's going to be good to have some depth in there

00:24and some different pieces in there.

00:26Obviously with our injuries, we're going to need that for sure.

00:29But in terms of the O-line depth, I know it'll be a question.

00:31Again, we had different combinations during the course of the week.

00:35We worked on those.

00:37And again, I'm not going to say who's going to line up where and all those things,

00:40but we had a couple good combinations there

00:43and guys have worked well in there with the reps that they've had.

00:47But it's been good.

00:48The guys really have done a good job.

00:50Shane and Seymour have done a really good job of cross-training those guys,

00:52like I've said in the past.

00:54And they've done a good job this week of getting those guys ready to go.

00:58We'll see where that goes.

01:00And again, we'll talk with performance.

01:02We'll talk with trainers in terms of that.

01:04We talk about rotation in terms of reps during this time,

01:07between these next 48 hours before the game.

01:10We do that at D-line, O-line, and everybody.

01:12So we'll get everybody's take into a form.

01:14Mark, that's a good question.

01:15And you'd always like to avoid just any change, of course.

01:18But we like to make just one change, but sometimes you've got to make more.

01:21When you have multiple injuries, a lot of times you have to make more than those,

01:24and we'll see where it goes.

01:26This guy's been a big part of this defense, and it's great to have Gordon back.

01:29He's had a good week of practice.

01:31He's very dynamic in terms of his pass coverage, in terms of his pressure ability.

01:37Does a really good job.

01:38Brings a lot of great energy, and he's got ball hook skills.

01:40So he's a real good player.
