00:06have passed an agreement to facilitate the access of overseas Filipino workers to the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino or 4PH program of the government.
00:14The agreement aims to make OFWs and their families the primary beneficiaries of the program
00:21in order to help in providing affordable housing through the Pag-ibig Fund.
00:25According to the two agencies, this is also a way to recognize the sacrifices of OFWs and improve their livelihoods.
00:33Meanwhile, this agreement is the result of a memorandum of understanding between the SUD and DMW
00:40that will provide clearer guidance for OFWs who want to apply for the 4PH housing program.
