00:00The Steelers, Joe, you know, I'm saying this all the time on paper.

00:06They have what it takes to knock off Kansas City, or at least I think the recipe.

00:12Great defense, great running game, and at least a competent quarterback.

00:16Defense that will limit what Kansas City is able to do, a running game which will limit

00:20amount of the opportunities that Kansas City will have, the football possessions, and then

00:26a good enough wide receiver where you can score.

00:28So they do, to me on paper, have what it takes to beat Kansas City.

00:32Well, think about this, and you know, you look at Mike Williams, a very tall, wide receiver.

00:37He made his, you know, I want to say name in the NFL, catching the football at its highest

00:42point with Keenan Allen and the L.A. Chargers, especially once Justin Herbert took over.

00:47The problem with Mike Williams is that it could just never stay healthy for a 17-game

00:53season, right?

00:54Got hurt numerous times with the Chargers, was hurt with the Jets.

00:57Had some huge drops in the ballgame against Buffalo, you know, two key and critical drops

01:03that potentially if he catches those passes, maybe the Jets do strike the upset over the

01:08Buffalo Bills, but they couldn't do it.

01:11And Aaron Rodgers just never looked like he was on the same page.

01:14But if you put Mike Williams with George Pickens, another big wide receiver stat-wise, right?

01:20From a stature perspective, 6'2", 6'3", 215, 220, very muscular.

01:26Now you have the opportunity for jump balls in terms of red zone opportunities.

01:30We know about Friar Muth.

01:31They haven't utilized it, and this is maybe a negative with Russell Wilson and even Justin

01:36Fields.

01:37Darnell Washington is 6'7".

01:39You know, why not utilize the big play tight end in those type of situations?

01:44Now if you have Pickens on one side, Mike Williams on the other, you implement Friar

01:49Muth and even Darnell into that offense in red zone opportunities, you have the potential

01:55to score some points outside of the rushing attack of Jalen Warren and Najee Harris.

02:00Yeah, I mean, but they got to get it done.

02:03Russell's got to show Joe that he can throw the football down the field.

02:05You know, in the times I've seen him play so far, it's like, wow, his arm strength is

02:10like almost gone.

02:11You know, even if it's just throw the ball down the field, throw it, you know, 50 yards

02:15out of bounds, put the fear of God into the defensive backs, because if you don't have

02:19that, and I don't, again, I don't think Williams is going to bring that to the equation, but

02:23they got to stretch the field some way, somehow, when you get into the postseason, you start

02:27playing Baltimore and Kansas City and all these teams, the Chargers, all these teams

02:31with really good defenses, you're going to have to prove that you can stretch the field

02:34a little bit.

02:35But listen, it helps, you know, that they had to make a move.

02:38They got the move.

02:39I'm surprised the Jets were willing to give them to an AFC team that theoretically, if

02:43the Jets are going to make the playoffs, may have to go through, you know, Pittsburgh,

02:47but you know, a beggar's can't be choosers, I suppose.

02:50They got it, whatever they could for them.
