Peterborough's BBC The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente launches a recruitment campaign to double the workforce of his Trade Mastermind business.

00:00Joseph Valente, I understand you're creating new jobs.

00:03Can you tell us how many you're creating please and why?

00:06So currently the Trade Mastermind

00:08has a headcount of 50 people.

00:10We employ 50 people in Peterborough

00:12and we are expanding the business to 100.

00:16I want to double the size of the workforce

00:18by no later than June 2025.

00:21And it's been an incredible success

00:23over the last four years

00:25as we've built this training company to eight figures.

00:28We're consistently doing a million pounds a month now

00:31in training, revenue, and sales.

00:33We are looking first and foremost

00:35for people with a great attitude.

00:37Yeah, there's that saying, you can't train attitude.

00:40So I'm looking for positive people.

00:43I like problem solvers, people for a solution

00:47for every problem, not a problem for every solution.

00:50And people that are committed, hungry,

00:53that want to develop personally, professionally,

00:57and financially.

00:58Trade Mastermind is more than just a job, it's a career.
