00:00So this is the all-new Maruti Suzuki Derailleur, this is not an opinion video, we are just going

00:04to tell you what all has changed and what all Maruti has added in this car, so on the exterior

00:09as you can see over here, it gets this new LED headlamp and this is the DRL, this is the indicator

00:15that's a halogen bulb, you get LED fog lamps and the grille is new, it's a flat grille, you get

00:20piano black accents over here, you also get a front parking camera that's a part of the 360-degree

00:25camera over here, so you get one camera over here, one camera over there on each ORVM and one at the

00:31back, now moving to the side over here, you can see you get these diamond cut dual tone alloy

00:37wheels that are 15 inches and the tire profile is 185-65R15, I mean there you can see there

00:45there is no cladding but the wheel arches are present, 163 mm of ground clearance, body colored

00:51ORVM and this is the side camera, again you get brushed aluminum finished on the window trim

00:57and for the first time you get a sunroof in the desire, you also get a shark fin antenna and this

01:02is how the car looks from the side, now coming to the rear section over here, you get a boot lip

01:09spoiler that accentuates the sportiness of the car from the rear and over here you get a new tail

01:15lamp setup, you get a mix and match of LED and halogen, this is a clear lens tail lamp, looks

01:20really nice, let me just show it to you from the other side, this is how the tail lamp looks and

01:25you get a chrome strip, you get piano black finishing and this is the desire badge that you

01:30get over here, Suzuki badge and that is the fourth camera, again you have parking sensors and this

01:35gets adaptive guidelines, now you can open the boot three ways, one is from the inside, one is

01:42a request sensor over here and for the first time when you see over here, Maruti has added a third

01:48button and this is to release the boot, so if you press for two to three seconds, the boot releases

01:54and you get around 382 litres of boot space, however, this part still remains exposed with

02:01some wires, I hope they try to cover it up, boot lid is extremely light and that is how the car looks

02:10from the outside, now coming to the inside, okay, let's take you at the back seat first, so that is

02:18how the back seat looks like, you get two adjustable headrests, no headrest but now you get an armrest

02:25that you can deploy if you are two people travelling, I mean at the back, you're two people sitting,

02:29you get cup holders over here, apart from that, now you can see over here that you get AC vents

02:36and this is your blower controller, you get a type A and a type C charging socket over here, some

02:42space, magazine holder is just on the left-hand side behind the co-passenger seat and you get dual

02:49tone interiors on the doors as well and yeah, that's the sunroof, so let's go to the front, so at the

02:55front, you can see this is how the interior looks like and technically this has been taken off from

03:01the Swift, so yeah, you get manual height adjuster for the driver's seat, apart from that, this is your

03:08control for your ORVM, lock and lock button and for your power windows, you get some aluminium like

03:15brushed silver finishing on the door trim as well, six speaker setup, one, two, three on the rear door and

03:23the same side, apart from that, this is how the front end looks like, this is your steering wheel,

03:30you got a flat bottom steering wheel, steering mounted controls are here, that is your instrument

03:35cluster, in your instrument cluster, you have tachometer, speedometer and this is your MID screen,

03:40now this is your 9-inch infotainment system, however, the bezel over here is, I mean, it's too

03:46broad, but yeah, so that is the sunroof, let me just open it up, so that is how you open the sunroof

03:52and it opens in here, if you want to open it further, you just have to press it once again

03:57and the shade opens automatically, but if you have to close it, the shade will have to be closed

04:03manually like this and yeah, you get some wooden texture on the dashboard, but this is not actual

04:10wood, this is plastic, you get a dual tone dashboard, looks really nice, that's your automatic climate

04:14control, wireless charger over here, charging options are a type A and a 12-volt socket,

04:20some storage space, I mean, cup holders over here, you also get some bottle holders over there

04:25and that is how the car looks like, you get 360 degree camera as I showed you before, so if the

04:30car is on neutral, you press this and that will show you your surroundings and yeah, it's a pretty

04:36clear camera, if you put it on drive and press the view button once again, you get a couple of options

04:43to choose from, to see where you want to see or where you're going, either side, front and also

04:50you can see this gets adaptive guidelines to park the car at ease and obviously, this steering wheel

04:57has a tilt function, it does not get a telescopic function, so yeah, that was the interior, now

05:07let me just give you a small brief on the engine, so the engine is a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated

05:12three-cylinder engine producing around 81 bhp of power, 112 nm of peak torque and this comes

05:18mated to either a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMG gearbox, so comment below,
