00:00We are aware that the Justice Department has arrested several GISBH individuals

00:05related to Sharia crimes, such as the issue of Akhidah,

00:08immorality without justice, unlawful marriage, and the issue of child abduction.

00:15So my question is, how does the Justice Department

00:18explain the actions that will be taken against those involved

00:22in the Sharia laws that are different according to the country?

00:26And secondly, how many GISB religious schools and schools of worship

00:31are there in the country?

00:33And how many have been arrested and taken action against?

00:41Thank you, Your Honour.

00:43On the question that was given,

00:45the government always discusses and deals with the heads of state religious authorities

00:52to ensure that any action taken against those involved in Sharia crimes

00:58is lawful and fair.

01:00For example, in the case of GISBH,

01:05a negotiation with the heads of state religious authorities

01:10has been carried out with all the states in Malaysia.

01:14This has resulted in several decisions that I can share with you.

01:18Several decisions that have resulted in the implementation of action plans

01:24in the case of GISBH.

01:27The first is the restoration of Akhidah,

01:29which was proposed by Mr. Jakim.

01:32Then there is the issue of unlawful marriage,

01:34which was proposed by the heads of state religious authorities.

01:38In order to help those involved in GISBH,

01:43we consulted with the heads of state religious authorities

01:47in terms of Zakat.

01:49A restoration module has also been built.

01:51So far, seven modules have been built.

01:54And a restoration centre has also been set up.

01:57So, regarding the second question,

01:59which is regarding the number of religious houses

02:02and the number of temporary places provided,

02:07I would like to provide a written answer

02:10because the facts need to be correct.

02:12And it requires a more accurate and sound analysis.

02:21I have one additional question.

02:24We know that GISBH was accused of continuing the practice of the Muhammadiyah.

02:33That is a major accusation.

02:35But so far, it has not been claimed under the accusation.

02:39I have seen it clearly in the list of accusations.

02:42Some have been accused of being involved in a group of planned crimes, etc.

02:48But the original accusation has not been made so far.

02:52So, I would like to get an explanation.

02:54Why was the accusation not continued,

02:57even though that was the main accusation?

02:59Secondly, as a company,

03:01GISB was accused of not paying income tax, etc.

03:04So far, there has not been a single accusation brought against the company.

03:09And I would like to ask,

03:11how long will these children be detained

03:16and separated from their parents?

03:18Because there was a case of children who were detained for a year and a half

03:21and they had to use lawyers to get money to get their children back.

03:30There are several components to the question.

03:34As a response to the first component,

03:38which is the accusation on the aspect of Akhidah.

03:42Actually, if we look at it,

03:44before proceeding with any claim on the aspect of Akhidah,

03:48there needs to be a legal settlement.

03:51So, I would like to share here that

03:53several countries have made a legal settlement until October.

03:56The country of Perlis, Pahang, Selangor,

03:59as well as MKI has also held a trial

04:03and has established several legal settlements.

04:07And these legal settlements will be the reference

04:10to make a claim.

04:12In addition to that, to ensure that before the claim is made,

04:15the evidence needs to be ensured,

04:19the legitimacy and strength of the evidence itself.

04:22So, in this aspect, we leave it to the authorities,

04:27especially from the Shari'a authorities,

04:29to investigate this matter in a better way.

04:33The second question, I would like to take some time,

04:35which is related to the company's rights.

04:38We leave this to the authorities.

04:41It is not under the jurisdiction of the religious authorities,

04:44but it is under the jurisdiction of other authorities.

04:47Until when will they be held?

04:49Actually, if we look at the data

04:52and the reports that have been carried out,

04:55actually, all parties that collaborate together

04:59are not just one party.

05:01It includes the MKN, PDRM, JAKIM,

05:06and many other parties.

05:07Indeed, these agencies have SOP

05:11and also follow the existing laws.

05:13All things cannot be done in a happy manner.

05:16Therefore, we give a belief and confidence

05:20that this agency plays its role as best as possible

05:23to protect the well-being of all those involved.
