Kévin Estre, André Lotterer and Laurens Vanthoor have secured the drivers' world championship crown at the final round of this season's FIA World Endurance Championship WEC. At the eight-hour race in Bahrain, the trio crossed the finish line eleventh in their hybrid prototype – enough to claim the title.
