00:08The second signal is in the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

00:12The first signal is in Batanes, which is a suburb of Cagayan,

00:15along with the Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Apayaw, Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province,

00:22Ifugao, northern portion of Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and northern portion of Aurora.

00:29The last signal of the Typhoon Marsik is 395 kilometers east of Tugagarao City, Cagayan.

00:35It has a strength of 140 kilometers per hour and a magnitude of 170 kilometers per hour.

00:41It is moving west-northwest at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

00:46According to the forecast, it is possible that it will landfalls in the Babuyan Islands

00:50or in the northern portion of mainland Cagayan on Thursday afternoon or evening.

00:54If it continues, it is possible that the Typhoon Marsik will land outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday evening.
