00:00What would you say to folks out there

00:01who are so anxious about this election

00:04and how do you manage your anxiety if you have any?

00:06And what would you say to them in terms of how

00:08they should be managing their anxiety this election season?

00:10You know, I don't have any anxiety about voting myself.

00:15The anxiety I have is about people getting off the couch,

00:18getting out of their homes

00:20and going out to make a difference and not sitting back.

00:24It was like, well, it doesn't matter to me.

00:26Well, no, it does matter.

00:27It matters to you.

00:28It matters to your children.

00:29It matters to the future.

00:30I mean, you look at what's happening in politics right now

00:34and how things are, how people in certain parties

00:37are trying to reverse what we've accomplished

00:41in all these years.

00:42So that's the anxiety that I have.

00:44It's like, no, let's go out

00:46and let's go make a difference.

00:47Let's go vote.

00:48You know, let's go.

00:49If you need a ride, I got a ride.

00:51You know, if you need something,

00:53we're going to find whatever it is that you need.

00:56I can't say it loud enough to those of us,

00:58especially within our community,

01:00that no, this really means something to us

01:02and we need to go out there and make a change

01:05and make a difference and vote

01:06and be on the right side of history.
