01:56This Assembly reflects the emotions of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

02:20who raised their voices against the decision of 5th August, 2019.

02:31how it will be discussed,

02:34how it will be brought to the record,

02:38this will not be decided by a single honourable member.

02:42Later, when the series of private member business will begin in the main session,

02:47then the individual honourable members can bring whatever they want.

02:50But for now, in this session,

02:53what will be discussed by the House,

02:56what resolution will be brought, what will be done,

02:59that will be decided by the Government Treasury Benches, with your permission.

03:03So, the resolution that has been brought today,

03:06it has no significance.

03:09Apart from showing the camera,

03:12it has no other purpose.
