Yeah. Oh, Joe Flacco is going to throw the football tongue. Like, that's just who Joe
00:08
Flacco is, right? He got those two starts, you know, and he had 44 attempts and 38 attempts.
00:14
That's good for a fantasy perspective. I like that. So I want to buy the wide receivers.
00:18
He had five touchdowns and one interception in the two games he started for the Colts.
00:22
And that's without full practice time, you know, necessarily, you know, even last week
00:26
we got to come in at the very end of the game, you know, for a couple of snaps, it's not
00:29
a big deal, but he still has his by week 14, but in super flex, he should definitely
00:34
be rostered. He's a very viable second quarterback or flex QB. And when you're looking at his
00:39
schedule now, I guess, Minnesota is a tough defense right out of the gate, Buffalo, then
00:42
the jets, uh, Detroit without Aiden Hutchinson, though, new England, then after the by Denver,
00:48
Tennessee, and the giants. So again, looking at the end game schedule and super flex leagues,
00:53
Tennessee and the giants week 16 and 17. Those are some really good matchups. You want to
00:57
take advantage of with Joe Flacco and this Colts offense. If indeed they can continue
01:01
to get enough wins where they are relevant. So Flacco, again, more of a super flex addition
01:06
here, but also look ahead to your bi-weeks. If you got somebody week 12 and need a replacement,
01:11
pick up Joe Flacco for nothing right now, stick them on the end of your bench. And then
01:14
you have that replacement quarterback potentially for a week 12, which is again, a very heavy
01:18
bi-week he gets Detroit. That game should have a pretty high total. I would imagine
01:22
the fifties. So that's a good thing from a fantasy perspective.
01:25
All right. Let's move now to wide receivers, tight ends, running backs from the wide receiver
01:29
department. We have a guy from Tampa Bay and Joe, you believe that this game can be a little
01:35
different than Vegas sees it, but I'm gonna let you talk about it. You like Baker Mayfield
01:39
as an underdog. He's got to throw the ball to someone. Who's it going to be?
01:43
He does like Sterling Shepard from a health perspective right now, you know, has been
01:46
a little dicey, but working out of that slot, I think he has a lot more long-term appeal
01:51
than Jalen McMillan does. So he's only 37% rostered, but with God went out for the year,
01:56
I expected Rashad white to work more that we did see. And I think Shepard will continue
02:01
to get his opportunity as long as the health is there. So this is another player again,
02:06
that I think has more long-term appeal than short-term appeal necessarily. Is he going
02:11
to, you know, change your fantasy perspective? No, but those big bi-pocalypse weeks are ahead
02:16
of us and we want to get ahead with some more bodies, but his bi-week is in week 11.
02:22
So it's not 12 or 14, 12 and 14 of those two big ones where we're gonna have to find bodies.
02:26
So if anything, he is at the very least a body in those matchups. And I just want to
02:32
encourage people right now to not just think ahead to this week, but you gotta be thinking
02:37
more along the lines of who could be useful to me when I get through like 12, he's got
02:42
the Giants, week 14, Las Vegas Raiders. Those are two really good matchups potentially for him.
02:49
All right. Let's move on to a tight end position here. The commanders, as Joe said,
02:53
have a chance to put the Giants away. Zach Ertz, 52% rostered. What do you think?
03:00
Look, I think Zach Ertz, when you look at him on the year, he's tight end 10. So like it or not,
03:04
he's a tight end one. He only has one touchdown this year. So in PPR leagues, this is more viable.
03:09
But once again, if he's out there looking ahead, covering ourselves for bi-weeks,
03:13
that's the theme of the waiver wire this week. And the other guy to think about too,
03:16
is Devin Singletary. Now I continue to say that Tracy's the better back in terms of talent,
03:22
but he is coming off a concussion. Sometimes those guys do have second injuries when you get hit
03:27
again. So it's something to think about within season where Devin Singletary is a good insurance
03:31
policy. If you have Tracy and Singletary is on the waiver wire, you should definitely handcuff
03:36
this backfield. Singletary when given the workload has been fine. He's a league average
03:40
running back. He'll get the job done wherever he goes, whenever he's given the opportunity.
03:43
But this one's more of an insurance policy where I'm kind of surprised he's dipped into the 60%
03:48
range. I understand why the Giants have struggled this run offensively recently. And Tyrone Tracy
03:55
has looked better, but sometimes it's about health. It's not always about talent. And if
03:59
Tracy should struggle off the concussion or God forbid have a secondary issue here where he gets
04:04
hit again, he could miss significant time. We could be talking weeks. And then next thing you
04:09
know, Devin Singletary becomes a very useful piece. So I think that's another one that I
04:12
want to pick up. Also Jalen Coker, another guy I want to mention here, he has rostered in like,
04:17
you know, 15% of leagues or something crazy like that. You could see, you know, last week,
04:22
there's some moments there with Bryce Young, where they're always going to be playing from behind
04:27
Coker as a guy that if feeling gets traded to, you don't have to worry. He's a really gets
04:30
dealing with a toe injury. So Jalen Coker is another one of these guys that I would stash
04:34
right now. I think he's got some viability as we get to the heavy by weeks down the stretch.
04:38
So that's what your waiver wire looks like for week nine.
