00:19It just depends on what type of jobs are you talking about.

00:22Are these jobs that are living wage, where a person can be upwardly mobile?

00:26If there's a rise in the economy, it seems to me the average person should receive some trickle-down effect of that.

00:34But when I see the same hardworking people struggling, it makes you wonder.
