00:00So, I went to clear my head and found myself at Rowdy's Hideaway.

00:05I ordered a drink and sat there for a while, then I got up and left.

00:09I went about a quarter of a mile and I hit something.

00:13I got out of the car and I looked around, I checked, I didn't see anything and I figured it was a deer that ran off.

00:19And then I got back in the car and went home.

00:23Okay, what's the problem?

00:26I got called for jury duty for the Kendall Carter case.

00:31They found her body in a creek bed about a quarter of a mile from Rowdy's Hideaway last October.

00:40What are you telling me?

00:45Maybe I didn't hit a deer.
