00:20And so for me, it was just a case of,

00:22right, we've got Lizzie and Kane helping us.

00:24You know, we've got a completely

00:26different style of dance as well,

00:28so it felt like there was a little bit less pressure,

00:30certainly on Lauren, and on both of us,

00:32in terms of executing the dance.

00:34And it was just a time for us to let go and be in the moment,

00:36enjoy the music, and that's what it's all about.

00:38Yeah, you kind of came together

00:40through this third person that was choreographing Lizzie.

00:42And Amy, people might assume

00:44that couples' choice is an easy option

00:46for a celebrity, but that's not the case.

00:48No, absolutely not,

00:50and there's nothing, sorry Jay,

00:52that you've done on any of

00:54the other weeks you can actually use

00:56into this week. It's completely

00:58all new. So when you're doing a ballroom dance,

01:00you know, because we work so hard on the frame,

01:02it's there. When you go

01:04into Latin, we did cha-cha first, so that

01:06straight leg action, you know, going through

01:08the knee into the straight leg,

01:10you understood in the rumba because you'd done it

01:12in cha-cha, whereas this week,

01:14not only did he have a new partner, he had a

01:16completely new style as well.

01:18And do you know what? I'm just so proud, I'm so grateful

01:20to Lauren, but they've worked so hard,

01:22and Jay's just been so supportive

01:24of me, just knuckled down,

01:26the pair of them just messaged all week going,

01:28we just want to make you proud.

01:30We send Amy videos. I called it

01:32team, I know you love, hey team, the word team,

01:34and a star next to her, and they've been sending them.
