00:08He also stressed this government policy needs reinforcement to better counter the harsher

00:12and more serious effects of extreme climate on human lives, property, communities, and

00:19Stronger and sturdier infrastructure to withstand the fury of powerful winds and raging and

00:24rising floodwaters, and more efficient drainage or flood control systems to keep people's

00:29homes dry and safe.

00:31All in all, the president asserted his administration's rock-solid commitment to addressing the challenges

00:37of extreme climate.
