00:04with these homegrown players from La Masia playing beautiful passing football.

00:09If you were the opposition analyst for Barcelona and you were playing Hibs, you would say,

00:15Gaffer, get the ball down the wings, throw it in the box, it'll cause panic.

00:19So that's the problem.

00:20Everyone now is looking, well, that's how we're going to test them.

00:22We're going to test them.

00:23It's not as if any team's going to look now and say, I've got a smarter plan of how to

00:27beat Hibs.

00:28This is how you beat them.

00:29If you change that, you're going to get tested and tested and tested on that.

00:33And we're in a league where crosses and balls into the box are huge, huge elements.

00:38I think Gray understands the scale of the problem.

00:41I don't get any sense that he's just writing them off as individual mistakes, individual

00:46mistakes, individual mistakes, because at some point individual mistakes become a trend,

00:50become a problem, become an issue for your team.

00:52It's a team matter.

00:53So he's working as hard as he can on, it can be as simple as the information you give players

00:59and how you give information to players.

01:02Does he need to be shown more?

01:04Does he need to be just told and say, look, if I move here, you've got to be there.

01:08You've got to be doing this.

01:10All the little tricks and ideas and stuff that you think might come naturally.

01:15And the other thing that's at the heart of every coaching course you'll ever do, they'll

01:19pull out, I think it's Steve Salas, the sports psychologist, and he loves this line.

01:25Just because you taught it doesn't mean they learned it.

01:29And I think that's a really important part of coaching, is that you teach them how to

01:32do it.
