00:18The Mindanao Regional Office of Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas or BSP helped the media and information officers in the region of Bangsamoro

00:27to support consumer protection and financial education.

00:31This is in line with the fact that BSP will hold a Media Information Session in Lungsod ng Kotabato

00:37that will provide important information on the important role of BSP in the economy of the country

00:43and also in providing protection to financial consumers.

00:46In this Media Information Session, we will share what are the protections and safeguards that Banko Sentral is doing

00:55to protect our investments, our savings, and our hard-earned money.

01:00What's important to us is that no one will be left behind because we all need to be together in a Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

01:07Zarina Aligsau, Acting Area Director of the BSP Kotabato Branch, gave the public a big role when it comes to fighting various types of financial fraud.

01:43BSP Digitalization Initiatives, and the Financial Consumer Protection Act.

01:47We as source of information of the people, we also need to know what is the important information that we can share with them

01:55because the country's financial issues are also important for them to learn, especially the scams about bank loans, online banking, and everything.
