00:00Decades of dams, ditches, irrigation canals, and other infrastructures need to be repaired against flooding in the country.

00:08This is what political analyst Professor Antonio Contreras pointed out in his segment called Punto de Vista sa Rise and Shine Pilipinas.

00:17Contreras said that the so-called infrastructures seem to have not adapted to the current climate conditions.

00:24He took the example of what happened in the Christina Tsunami.
