00:42Okay, we're here to celebrate so many important women,

00:46writers, directors, producers, singers, executives,

00:50and just to celebrate women in Hollywood.

00:54Like, look at this country.

00:59This country needs a major shift,

01:02and I really think Kamala is going to lead the way, right?

01:10So why not Hollywood?

01:12Let's start with Hollywood too, you know.

01:14Look at the Summer Olympics.

01:16We were, it was incredible, first of all,

01:18and it was led by women also.

01:23We killed in the basketball, soccer team,

01:28swim team, Katie Ledecky,

01:32and I was there looking amazing,

01:38and I love working in entertainment.

01:40I love it, and I hope to do a lot more,

01:42and I especially, first of all,

01:44I was just telling my hairstylist how much I love a room full of women.

01:49Yeah, there's nothing better than a room full of women,

01:53and I love working with women

01:55because not only do they see that I'm a comedic actress,

01:58they see that I can do drama too.

02:00You know, they don't look past that,

02:02and I love you guys tonight.

02:04So for tonight, we have some incredible honorees for you.

03:19we will be having a part two in a couple of weeks.

04:07She didn't matter what she looked like.

04:19I believe that the Carol Burnett show

04:22was one of the best sketch shows ever put on television.

04:27And I was on SNL, okay?

04:31But we didn't have no Harvey Korman or Tim Conway, for real.
