00:00Bikolanong Mambabatas reached out for help to the people affected by the typhoon.

00:05The details in the national news of Kathleen Forbes from Radyo Pilipinas.

00:12Personally, Albay 3rd District Representative Fernando Cabredo visited his district to find out the exact location of the typhoon.

00:21Some of the roads in Oas, Albay are still flooded, even though a portion of it is flat.

00:25Provincial Engineer Dante Baclau praised the speed of the clearing operations on the unpassable roads.

00:33One of them is the Gino Bataan-Jovelia Road in the Barangay Kitago, which was unpassable in the morning due to the landslide.

00:39But by the afternoon, the landslides and fallen trees were removed.

00:44Volunteers from Apo Bicol Partylist from various towns like Maliliput, who are also part of the hotmails,

00:50were also able to distribute hotmails to the affected areas.

00:53Kamarine Snorte 1st District Representative Josie Taliado opened her house in Labo, Kamarine Snorte, to serve as an evacuation center.

01:02Although the Tingog Center is next to her house, it is open for her to visit the affected areas due to the effects of the typhoon.

01:10Kamarine Sur 5th District Representative Migs Villaferte also started distributing food to the evacuees in their area.

01:17She is also coordinating with the National Government for the addition of water assets for the rescue operations.

01:24They also set up charging stations in their homes in San Agustin, Iriga for those who need to charge cellphones, power banks, and flashlights.
