00:20Maris, we experienced continuous rain in some parts of the province of Rizal
00:27and the eastern part of Metro Manila, just like here in San Juan, from last night until this early morning.
00:33Even though the rain is continuous, we still haven't monitored any flooding so far.
00:45Just last night, the rain poured heavily in Antipolo City.
00:49We didn't experience any flooding in the length of Sumulong Highway.
00:53We also didn't see any flooding in the city because the rain poured heavily.
00:57The water level in Marikina River reached 13.5 meters until 3 in the early morning.
01:03The water level is strong but it is still at alert level 1.
01:08We also sent a few people to Rumuronda to monitor the possible flooding in the middle of the rain.
01:15Some people are riding tricycles and jeeps to avoid the rain.
