Lamar Odom is recalling his own experiences with street drugs in the wake of Liam Payne's toxicology report ... telling us the substances could have made the late singer hear voices.

00:31He was having a drug problem, obviously.

00:36So basically the way that he came to his fatal death, people aren't sure if he fell because

00:43of the drugs that he was on.

00:49Drugs could cause you to hallucinate.

00:53And if he was in a hallucination state, then who knows what would happen.

01:17Could you sort of see how those drugs in his system might lead him to a fall like that?
