Analyst Stephen A. Smith talked about quarterback Aaron Rodgers after the New York Jets' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers last night. Smith stressed that Rodgers is obviously not the same and that at 40 years old, looking at the team's situation with four straight losses and Rodgers' low level of play that we are not used to, the best thing for him according to Smith would be to retire.

00:00But you think your boy's finished, honestly.
00:02Molly, not to sound like the cat that spoofs me on Saturday Night Live.
00:12But this affects me, this hurts me to say.
00:16I have to say, I've thought about it very deeply.
00:18And I gotta tell you, everybody knows how I feel about Aaron Rodgers.
00:23He has looked so bad, I've actually looked at the screen and
00:28found myself saying, it might be time for him to really retire.
00:33Cuz I'm not used to seeing this Aaron Rodgers.
00:36I mean, six interceptions over the last three games.
00:39No leadership whatsoever.
00:41Everything seems to be up in the air and a bit awry and off kilter.
00:46You know, no direction whatsoever.
00:48Shows up at the press conference pointing to the media like we were the ones on
00:51the field, dropping his passes or
00:54throwing interceptions like he was throwing interceptions or whatever.
00:57I don't get this.
