00:00The Greedy Mouse A greedy mouse saw a basket full of corn.

00:10He wanted to eat it.

00:13So he made a small hole in the basket.

00:19He squeezed in through the hole.

00:22He ate a lot of corn.

00:26He felt full and was very happy.

00:31Now he wanted to come out.

00:35He tried to come out through the small hole.

00:39He could not.

00:40His belly was full.

00:43He tried again.

00:45But it was of no use.

00:50The mouse started crying.

00:53A rabbit was passing by.

00:56It heard the mouse's cry and asked,

00:59Why are you crying my friend?

01:03The mouse explained,

01:04I made a small hole and came into the basket to eat the corn.

01:05Now I am not able to get out through that hole.

01:17The rabbit said,

01:18It is because you ate too much.

01:19Wait till your belly shrinks.

01:29The rabbit laughed and went away.

01:33The mouse fell asleep in the basket.

01:38The next morning his belly had shrunk.

01:42But he wanted to eat some more corn.

01:48He forgot all about getting out of the basket.

01:53So he ate the corn and his belly was really big again.

02:00After eating the mouse remembered that he had to escape.

02:06But obviously he could not.

02:10So he thought,

02:11Oh no!

02:12I will go out tomorrow.

02:17The cat was the next pass by.

02:21He smelt the mouse in the basket.

02:25He lifted its lid and ate the mouse.

02:31The moral of the story is,

02:34Greed will cause pain.
