00:39there will be a better response and effective communication with the police.
00:47Marvil also added that the Philippine National Police IKPNP had only 150,000 members when it was established in 1991 under the R.A. No. 6975
01:00and since then, their number has doubled along with many other changes that were not yet included in the current time.
01:09According to Marvil's recommendation, the PNP will be reorganized under the Global Law Enforcement Friends Act.
