00:03which earned you a championship match.

00:06Five years ago, when you first got to AEW,

00:09would you have ever imagined that you'd be in this position?

00:13You know, I think I would have liked to think so

00:16five years ago.

00:17And as the years went on and the time passed,

00:19I think I doubted myself more and more each year.

00:25This year, 2024 has felt totally different

00:29than the past for me.

00:30And this year, I went to Japan.

00:33I got better as a wrestler,

00:34which is what I've always wanted to do.

00:35I think I've felt stagnant for a long time.

00:38And like I said, doubted myself.

00:41And this is exactly what I needed.

00:42I need to go off, do something completely different,

00:44get uncomfortable, and I was,

00:47and come back and feel better than ever.

00:49And I'm confident more than ever.

00:52I think five years ago,

00:53if you would have told me that I could beat

00:55the AEW Women's World Champion,

00:56I might not know if that was possible.

01:01But now, before it even happened,

01:03I knew that I could do it, and I did it.
